What areas do you serve?

We currently serve the greater metro area and surrounding communities within approximately 30 miles. Our service area covers most residential neighborhoods and short-term rental properties in the region. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, just give us a call or send a quick message. We're happy to check and we're always expanding. New service zones are added regularly, so reach out even if we don't cover you yet.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes, absolutely. Renova Cleans is fully insured and bonded for your complete protection. Every member of our team carries liability coverage, so you're fully protected in the unlikely event of any damage or incident during a clean. We take this responsibility seriously and are happy to provide proof of insurance before your first appointment. Just ask.

What cleaning products do you use?

We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for children, pets, and the environment. Our products are highly effective without the harsh chemicals found in conventional cleaners, so your home smells genuinely fresh, not like a chemical warehouse. If you have specific allergies, sensitivities, or product preferences, just let us know when you reach out and we'll accommodate them at no extra charge.

Do I need to be home during cleaning?

You don't need to be home. Many of our clients provide a key or door code and trust us completely while they're at work or out running errands. Every team member is background-checked and thoroughly vetted so you can feel completely confident. We'll send you a notification when we arrive and when we're finished. If you'd prefer to be home, that's totally fine too.

How do I get started?

Start with a free quote. Fill out the Get a Quote form, or call or text us at (945) 231-1701, and tell us about your space and what you need. We'll reply with a custom price, usually within a few hours. Once you're happy with the quote we book your first clean and, for recurring clients, set up your standing schedule so you never have to think about it again.

What's your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice, or appointments where our team can't get in, may be charged a late-cancellation fee. The details are in our Terms of Service. We understand that life happens, so reach out as soon as you know and we'll do our best to work with you. We can waive the fee for emergencies.

Can I reschedule my cleaning?

Rescheduling is easy and free as long as you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Simply contact us by phone, email, or reply to your confirmation and we'll find a new time that works for you. For recurring clients, we can also adjust your standing schedule to fit around vacations, holidays, or any other changes, no hassle.

How far in advance should I get in touch?

We recommend reaching out at least 48–72 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekends and popular time slots. For recurring services, we'll secure your preferred day and time on an ongoing basis so you never lose your spot. If you need same-day or next-day service, contact us directly and we'll check availability. We do accommodate urgent requests when possible.

What's included in a standard clean?

A standard clean covers all the essentials: surface cleaning in every room, vacuuming and mopping all floors, kitchen surfaces and appliance exteriors, a thorough bathroom scrub, dusting all surfaces, and trash removal. It's the ideal service for maintaining a home that's already in good shape and gets cleaned regularly. For a more thorough reset, check out our Deep Clean option.

What's the difference between standard and deep clean?

Our deep clean goes significantly further than a standard clean. In addition to everything in the standard service, a deep clean includes baseboards and door frames, inside the microwave, window sills and tracks, light fixtures and ceiling fans, and cabinet fronts and handles. Oven cleaning is available as an add-on. It's designed for homes that need a full reset, haven't been professionally cleaned in a while, or are being prepared for guests or listing.

Do you do laundry?

Laundry service is available as an add-on for residential clients, and as part of our linen service for vacation rentals. This covers washing, drying, and folding linens and towels. Just mention it when you request a quote and we'll include it in your price. You come home to freshly made beds and neatly folded towels.

Can you clean same-day?

Accepted Answer

Same-day cleaning is available on a limited basis depending on our team's current schedule. If you need an urgent clean, call us directly and we'll check availability immediately. We always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, especially for existing clients. Planning ahead is always recommended to guarantee your preferred time, but we never want to leave you stuck.

How is my price determined?

Every job is quoted individually, based on the size of your property (bedrooms and bathrooms), the type of cleaning, and its current condition. Tell us about your space and we'll send a custom quote, usually within a few hours. You'll have a clear price before we begin. If the property turns out to be very different from what was described, we'll check with you before doing any extra work that would change it.

Do you charge extra for pets?

Homes with heavy pet hair or odor may incur a small additional fee to cover the extra time and materials required. We love animals and our entire team is experienced working in pet-friendly homes. We just want to give you an accurate, honest quote upfront. If you have multiple pets or a particularly challenging situation, mention it when you reach out and we'll provide a firm price before your appointment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, Venmo, and Zelle. Recurring clients can set up automatic billing so payment is handled seamlessly after each clean. We process payments securely and never store your full card details. Your financial information is always protected.

Are there discounts for recurring service?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Recurring clients get a lower per-visit rate than one-time cleans, and the more often we visit, the more you save. Let us know the schedule you have in mind when you request a quote and your recurring rate will be built into it. It applies automatically to every clean going forward.

How quickly can you clean between guests?

A 1–2 bedroom property is typically guest-ready in around 1.5 hours. Larger properties take 2.5–4 hours depending on size and condition. For multi-unit hosts with tight check-in windows, we offer priority scheduling and staggered team deployments to handle multiple units in a single visit. Share your check-in and check-out times when you reach out and we'll plan everything to fit seamlessly.

Do you provide photo documentation?

Yes, every vacation rental clean includes a photo summary sent when we finish. You'll receive a quick visual confirmation that all key areas (beds, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces) are guest-ready before anyone checks in. This is especially valuable for remote hosts who can't inspect in person. Photos are sent via text or email, whichever you prefer.

Can you restock supplies?

Yes. Every vacation rental clean includes restocking guest essentials from the supplies you keep on site: toiletries, paper products, coffee, and anything else on a checklist you create. For hosts who want a completely hands-off operation, we can take full ownership of restocking, including coordinating supply deliveries, after every stay.

Do you handle linens and laundry?

Absolutely. Every clean includes a full linen change, and our linen service add-on takes laundry off your plate too. We'll strip the beds, wash and dry all linens and towels, fold everything neatly, and make the beds hotel-style before your next guest arrives. We use a fresh, neutral-scent detergent but can accommodate any specific preference you have for your property.
