Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes the personal information Renova Cleans handles through its contact-form website and cleaning operations in Texas, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
On this page
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Renova Cleans collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, submit a contact form, communicate with us, or request or receive services. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that we do not control.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide. We may collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, property and cleaning details, preferred dates, messages, photographs you send, and other information you choose to provide. If you later book a service or pay an invoice outside the website, we may also maintain scheduling, transaction, and service records. Do not submit payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, health information, alarm codes, or other highly sensitive information through the general contact form.
Information collected automatically. Our website host and security systems may automatically receive limited technical information, such as your Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, referring page, pages requested, approximate location derived from an IP address, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs. The site may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for basic operation, security, accessibility, or remembering preferences.
Information from other sources. We may receive information from referral partners, property managers, customers who arrange service for another person, and service providers that help us communicate, schedule, invoice, or protect our systems.
3. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to respond to inquiries; prepare estimates; schedule, provide, and support services; communicate about appointments; maintain business and tax records; address quality, safety, damage, or payment issues; improve and secure our website and operations; prevent fraud or misuse; comply with law; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We may send service-related communications about your request or appointment. We will send promotional email or text messages only when permitted by law, and you may opt out of marketing messages at any time. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary service communications.
4. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information to cleaners and contractors who need it to perform the requested service; vendors that provide website hosting, email, communications, scheduling, invoicing, payment processing, analytics, security, or professional advice; insurers and advisers when handling a claim; government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and property; and a buyer, successor, or adviser in connection with a proposed or completed business transaction.
We do not sell personal information for money. Based on the website setup described as of the effective date, we do not use personal information for targeted advertising or share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. If those practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any notice or choices required by law.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining financial and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We may retain deidentified or aggregated information that does not reasonably identify you.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
7. Your Privacy Choices and Texas Rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information that we maintain about you, or obtain a copy of information you provided, subject to identity verification and legal exceptions. If applicable Texas law gives you additional rights, including rights concerning targeted advertising, sale of personal data, profiling, or appeal of a denied request, Renova Cleans will honor those rights as required.
To submit a request, email michael@renovacleans.com with the subject “Privacy Request” or use the contact information below. Describe your request and provide enough information for us to verify your identity. We will use information submitted with a request only to verify and respond to it. If we deny an appealable request, you may appeal by replying to our decision and stating that you wish to appeal. You may also contact the Texas Attorney General regarding privacy concerns. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
8. Cookies and Browser Controls
You can adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may affect how the website functions. Because this website is not described as using targeted advertising, it does not currently respond to advertising opt-out preference signals. We will update this Policy if our practices change.
9. Children’s Privacy
The website and services are intended for adults arranging cleaning services and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
10. Third Party Services
Third-party websites, communication platforms, scheduling tools, invoicing services, and payment providers may collect information under their own privacy policies. Review their notices before providing information directly to them.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal obligations. We will post the revised Policy with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we use previously collected information, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
